In 24 April 2012, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between AFPEBSO and the Army Special Forces Special Education Foundation Incorporated (ASFSEFI) was signed during the ceremonial signing at AFPEBSO Board Room, AFPEBSO, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City. Present during the signing were the Special Forces Regiment Commander and Chairman of the ASFSEFI Board of Trustees, COL DONATO B SAN JUAN PA (GSC) and the Chief/General Manager of AFPEBSO, COL MANUEL V SEQUITIN PA (GSC), representing the AFPEBS Board of Trustees.

LTC DANILO E ESTRAÑERO (FA) PA, the Assistant General Manager of AFPEBSO, conducted a one-day training on Stakeholders’ Engagement (SEn) on 29 January 2013 at AFPEBSO Board Room attended by eighteen (18) AFPEBSO military personnel and civilian staff.
