| - AFPEBSO first priority are the Dependents of Combat Casualties; |
| - They are followed by the Dependents of Non-Combat Casualties; |
| - In the third priority are dependents of Active Military Personnel; |
| - Followed by Disabled Active Military Personnel; |
| - Last priority is given to Active Military Personnel. |

AFPEBSO Program portfolio comprises of 185 different educational benefit programs. |

| - 152 of them serve dependents of military personnel and CAFGU Active Auxiliaries who have been killed or incapacitated due to combat; |
|
| - 144 programs cater to the educational needs of dependents of non-combat casualties; |
|
| - 146 programs exist for dependents of active military personnel; and, |
|
| - 65 for active military personnel, including the programs for soldiers with disabilities. |
