Exemption from payment of tuition and matriculation fees in public or private schools with student population of 2,000 or higher. May be enjoyed for a maximum of ten (10) school years and trasferable to any dependent of the military personnel below 22 years old. Applicable in all undergraduate courses except Doctor of Medicine, Bachelors of Law and BS Nursing. |

Proof of highest educational attainment of the applicant. (Grade of diploma) |

Casualty Report of Certification from the Major Service Adjutant certifying to the effect that the military personnel died in the line of duty. |
| 4.
100% initial CDD rating from PVAO (if incapacitated). |
| 5.
ID pictures sized 1X1. |
